These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Tinkerline website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Tinkerline offers small-batch, 3D-printed accessories and organizational products.

  • All products are physical goods

  • Products are produced in small batches

  • Minor visual variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing

  • Product images are indicative

Products are sold as described on the product page.

 

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

  • Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout

  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed

Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.

 

5. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tinkerline reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • pricing errors

  • stock issues

  • suspected fraud

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued after approval

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Custom or modified items are not eligible for return unless defective.

 

9. Liability

Tinkerline is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • improper use of products

  • damage caused by incorrect installation or use

Products are intended for normal, intended use only.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

 

10. Intellectual property

All designs, texts, images, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Tinkerline unless stated otherwise.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is not allowed.

 

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
