Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

All products are produced and shipped from the Netherlands.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, production may be required before shipment. In that case, the estimated processing time will be communicated clearly.

 

2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

• The Netherlands

• European Union

• Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location is currently not supported.

 

3. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate, displayed at checkout before payment.

Indicative rates:

• Netherlands: €5.50

• International: €16 small orders 
                     €25 Large orders

Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and postage.

 

4. Delivery times (estimates)

Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

• Netherlands: 3-7 business days

• EU: 7-14 business days

• International: 7-14 business days

Delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

 

5. Shipping method

Orders are shipped using standard postal or parcel services with tracking where available.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

 

6. Customs, duties, and taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union:

• Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Tinkerline has no control over customs procedures or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

 

7. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

• an incorrect address

• failure to collect

• refusal by customs

additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.
